Choose your sign-in. Patients use the patient portal. Practice administrators and staff use Staff login. Enter your password and complete any required verification on the secure sign-in page. Your account determines your permissions.

Invited to join a practice?

Use the original link in your invitation email to finish registration. If it has expired or you cannot find it, contact the person who invited you. Staff should contact their practice administrator.

Use the password recovery option on the EHR sign-in screen. For help with your access or verification, contact your practice administrator.

This public website does not collect your login credentials or display patient records. Subscription and billing access is restricted to authorized practice administrators in the EHR.
